The Test Team Lead is responsible for coordinating test team tasks for all Document Creation Division test team members.  The role is a mix of actual testing and team management.  It should be expected that 50% of the time will be spent testing project related IRs.  Management duties include assignment of test activities, monitoring quality of testing performed, and working with configuration management to get software released to clients.  The role will also include interfacing with clients and product developers.

Qualifications Qualifications

Basic/Minimum Qualifications:
Software test experience and basic knowledge of SQL. Small team management experience. Healthcare knowledge is a plus. Automated test tool experience is also a plus, but not required.
